Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Clokizi platform operated by Khufu.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis, in advance on a recurring monthly basis, per user seat.
4. Free trial
We offer a 60-day free trial. You are not charged until the free trial has expired.
5. Fee changes
We may modify subscription fees. Any change becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle, with reasonable prior notice.
6. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered case by case and granted at the sole discretion of Clokizi.
7. Content
The Service lets you post information, text, photos and other content. You are responsible for the content you post.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of Khufu and its licensors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khufu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time and will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.
