Proof of work: photos, signatures and timestamps that end disputes

In cleaning and field services, the argument is almost never "did you charge fairly" — it is "did you actually do it, and do it well". Solid proof of work answers that question before it is even asked, and it costs almost nothing to capture at the right moment.
The three pillars of solid proof
- Before/after photos that show the actual result on site
- A timestamp proving when the work started and finished
- A client or supervisor signature acknowledging the job
Capture at the moment, not from memory
Proof reconstructed at the end of the week is weak and error-prone. The photo has to be taken on site, the signature collected before the agent leaves, the timestamp recorded automatically. If capture is not part of the agent’s natural flow, it simply will not happen consistently.
Turn proof into a client-ready report
Raw photos in a phone gallery are not proof — a clean report is. Each intervention should assemble its photos, times, notes and signature into a single document the client can read at a glance. That is what turns a defensive "we did do it" into a confident, professional deliverable.
Clokizi builds this into the agent’s field app: check in, do the work, add before/after photos and notes, collect a signature, finish. Every intervention leaves with its own timestamped, geolocated proof — so the disputes that used to cost you time and margin mostly stop happening.
